F&B Happy is a part of the Forsman & Bodenfors Creative Collective. A big part of our culture is built around the importance of being nice. We all feel more relaxed and authentic around nice people, which is a good start. It is more likely that we dare to say stupid ideas around nice people as we won’t feel judged. It is also more likely that nice people will help us out if we get stuck.
Responsibility is also a strong motivator. That’s why we aim for small, autonomous teams and avoid doubling up on skill sets. Because when it’s up to you, everything feels more important.
“But don’t you have leaders?” you might ask. We do. In every function. But not in the traditional sense, where the leader's opinion is the one that matters most. Our leaders simply support the team to reach their own conclusions. Our leaders don’t add pressure. Instead, they relieve pressure by leaning in and helping out. Pay Equity
At Forsman & Bodenfors Creative Collective, we never want pay to be a distraction. We believe in similar pay for similar work and have built fair pay policies to ensure equity across the collective. In 2022, we became the first global creative agency to be certified by Fair Pay Workplace, backed by Syndio (FPW) for our effort to create sustainable fair pay in the workplace.
We continue to hold certification today. FPW certification is based upon a transparent and trusted set of rules and standards of measurement, built by leading independent industry experts across academia, law, and business, to differentiate organizations dedicated to meaningful pay equity.
Moving forward, and always, our commitment to fair pay is unwavering. We will continue to work to ensure fairness in our pay practices:
